In this second session of the Biblion Lecture Series, "Text to Translation: The Story of the New Testament," we combine two presentations:

In “The Manuscripts: the Copies that Bear Witness to the Christian Message,” we discuss the manuscripts that have preserved the New Testament text through the ages. This presentation will address key questions: What are our manuscripts? What evidence do we still have? What is the nature of that evidence? You will learn how these foundational documents have been meticulously preserved and transmitted over centuries.

In “The Message: the Words the Scribes Labored to Preserve,” we explore what the Greek New Testament manuscripts actually contain, and what insights can they provide about the New Testament text, its historical development, and its transmission over time.

Scribal Fellowship members who give at least $25/month are entitled to 2 free admission tickets per event. Learn more about the Scribal Fellowship here.
